Build volume determines practical batch size

Phrozen US lists a build envelope of 211.68 × 118.37 × 235 mm for the current Sonic Mighty Revo 16K page. Check the exact SKU and region before ordering, since different Revo generations publish different build-volume and XY-resolution figures.

Pixel resolution does not guarantee final detail

Phrozen publishes 14 × 19 µm XY pixel size for the current 16K listing. Support placement, resin choice, exposure calibration and cleaning/cure method also influence fine details. A 16K label alone does not establish dimensional accuracy on every material.

Factor in the full resin workflow

A resin printer needs appropriate ventilation, safe chemical handling, protective equipment, washing and UV post-curing. Include replacement release film, display lifespan, resin wastage, cleanup consumables and support removal when comparing a lower-priced printer against a higher-priced one.
