Build envelope is a tie
Both occupy the 256 mm cube class, so model fit will usually not decide between them.
Do not reduce carbon-fiber printing to nozzle temperature
ELEGOO highlights a 320 °C hardened nozzle and carbon-fiber capability. Bambu lists hardened-steel nozzle and extruder gears and explicitly describes fiber-reinforced polymers as ideal. The exact filament—PLA-CF, PA-CF, PET-CF or another composite—sets its own drying, temperature and chamber requirements.
Ecosystem may matter more than 20 °C
If multi-material automation, spare parts or slicer workflow dominate your use case, the surrounding ecosystem can outweigh the nominal 20 °C difference in nozzle ceiling. Start from your materials and workflow, then compare hardware.
